The hotel is wonderful old and pretty standard, has very helpful staff like even more of an inconvenience to the onsite manager.

enjoyed our stay at this charming old and quaint hotel, it was enjoyable. the breakfast had lots of options and included milk, fresh bread, and cereal.

Accommodation was lovely old fashioned and neat, rooms were well-appointed and nicely furnished. I interacted with the helpful and attentive staff.

During my stay at this hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of comfort and luxury it provided. The spacious 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for my family of 4, and we found it to be very well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The cooking facilities, washer/dryer, and other conveniences made our nearly 2-week stay incredibly convenient. Additionally, the hotel's location in the heart of the city, close to Central station and just a couple of blocks from the Mall, was incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The blend of the renovated old building with its tasteful art deco style and modern facilities created a unique and charming atmosphere. The history and character of the building truly added to the overall experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Thought this was really good value for money. Staff were all really helpful. Good value for money and would stay again and recommend to others. I actually stayed three nights and wanted to stay another but was fully booked.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location near Central railway station is convenient for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are well-appointed with basic amenities, including a kitchen and washing facilities. The inclusion of breakfast is an added bonus.

Although there were a few minor issues, overall, all was well.

The hotel was comfortable and felt safe for a single female traveller. Very generous breakfast basket provided. No remote for tv which was a pity!

The reception closes @ 8pm - this is rather too early for people arriving on early evening flights. The access to room G06b was dangerous, in fact I am not sure we could have evacuated easily if there was a fire. There is an outside door from the passage into the smallest vestibule to access rooms 6a & 6b, it was near impossible to get suitcases around the outside door, to enter our room. We didn't consider our room warranted 4 stars, more like a 3 star rating.

Loved the old charm of this hotel. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The apartments were luxurious and spacious. A perfect mix of history and modern comfort.

Oh, nothing to complain about! Everything was just perfect in every possible way.

The room we stayed in at Ultiqa Rothbury was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the old-world charm of the building and the history behind it. The location was perfect, close to Central Station and within walking distance of many attractions. The staff were attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The old world charm and ambience of the hotel impressed me. The room was beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable. Although the hotel is in the CBD the room was very quiet. I booked a double room but was upgraded to a one bedroom suite, which was a very pleasant surprise.

I was a little disappointed that a cooked breakfast was not available from teh onsite cafe as the menu looked excellent!

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for somewhere in the heart of the city. Close to public transport and all amenities. The rooms are extremely small but breakfast is included which is always good.

The rooms of the hotel were recently renovated and generous sized with the refrigerator of the apartment, a queen size bed and a kitchenette. Venue's staff was very helpful all the time. Location: the hotel was near the railway station, Queen St mall and Botanical Gardens and the centre of the shopping district. You can find Casa di Louie a couple of blocks away from the property to a have lunch...

The hotel provided reasonable prices. The service was excellent with parking off site. The property was in a convenient and easy location, a short walk to a train station.
